Lauren is very interested in strength training, health and athletic disciplines. Studying the muscles and anatomy of the human body is a passion of hers. In her spare time Lauren can be found in the gym or fostering and volunteering for many local animals rescues.

Dana graduated from the University of Alberta and has over 20 years of experience. She has completed her training in advanced manual therapy, functional dry needling (IMS), myofascial release, advanced STOTT Pilates, Total barre & Zenga and providing effective exercise prescriptions.

Krissy graduated from the Calgary College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture in 2019. Since then, she has remained a member in good standing with CMMOTA and has continued her education to be able to offer specialized services such as dynamic cupping, therapeutic myofascial release, hot stone massage, basic lymphatic drainage of extremities, and basics of reflexology.

Krissy’s education and experience offers a different approach to massage aiming to find and treat the root cause of her client’s pain and playing a vital role in restoring function throughout the body including the musculoskeletal system and improving the nervous system all to restore the body to pain free movement.
